W Experience Counselling and Wellness Services shall hold all client information in strict confidence and comply with applicable privacy and legislation. Information you share during your sessions stays between the assigned therapist and you, with the exception of limits to confidentiality.

Limits of Confidentiality

W Experience Counselling and Wellness Services are complied to disclose information from the session in the following context: 

• Expressed intent to harm yourself or others

• If there is a risk of harm to a child and/or dependent

• If you disclose unreported abuse caused by a licensed professional.

• If your therapist’s case notes are subpoenaed for court purposes.
