Payment Policy 

Payment is due at the end of each session unless an alternative arrangement has been made in advance.
Accepted payment methods include credit card and debit card.

A grace period of two (2) weeks is provided for any outstanding balances.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, therapy services may be temporarily paused until the balance is paid in full.
Ongoing non-payment may result in the discontinuation of services. If this occurs, appropriate referrals will be provided to support continuity of care.
