Welcome!

I am a therapist at the W Experience Counselling and Wellness Services and have been supporting the mental health and well-being of adolescents and adults for several years. I hold an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology: Brain and Cognition from the University of Guelph and a Master of Social Work degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. I am a registered social worker with experience across both clinical and community-based settings. I bring a warm, curious, and deeply compassionate presence to my work.

I began my career as an addiction counsellor, where I spent four years supporting individuals navigating substance use and complex trauma. This work sparked a lasting passion for walking alongside those on the path to healing and recovery. Since then, I have worked in private practice and as a social worker in adolescent outpatient psychiatry within a hospital setting. These diverse experiences have shaped my integrative, trauma-informed approach, which blends clinical skills with a genuine human connection. I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent clients, individuals working through complex trauma, identity and sense-of-self challenges, addictions, and relational struggles. My therapeutic style is holistic, eclectic, and client-centred. I view each person as the expert of their own story and strive to create a collaborative space where healing, insight, and transformation can naturally unfold.

Rather than taking a prescriptive approach, I work from an exploratory lens that encourages curiosity, openness, and self-discovery. I believe healing is not about fixing what is "broken", but about expanding your capacity to hold the full complexity of your experience with greater understanding and compassion. I aim to create a space where all parts of you are welcome, where you feel safe to explore at your own pace, and where you are truly seen and supported. It would be my honour to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and begin to carve out new pathways toward healing, connection, and wholeness.
