I am a therapist with the W Experience Counselling and Wellness Services, where I support adolescents and adults in navigating a wide range of mental health concerns. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from Laurentian University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor. I bring over a decade of experience working across mental health and case management settings. My therapeutic approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) with particular attention to trauma. I strive to understand each client within the context of their lived experiences, identities, and environments. I have worked with adolescents, adults, and couples from diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to Indigenous individuals, individuals with ADHD, and OCD. I have a special interest in and lived experience with 2SLGBTQ+ issues and non-monogamous couples.
